Refund Policy – Go24Shopping

Thank you for shopping with Go24Shopping. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free experience with our refund process. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Wrong Item Received: If the product you received is not what you ordered, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.

  • Order Cancellations:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

    • Cancellations requested after dispatch will not be eligible for refund.

 

2. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with original tags and packaging.

  • Products like sarees, wall paintings, artificial flowers, water bottles, and interior panels must be returned without damage or alteration.

  • Products marked "non-refundable" or "final sale" are not eligible for refund.

 

3. Refund Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email us at go24shopping.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  2. Return Pickup or Shipping:

    • We will schedule a return pickup (if serviceable) or request you to send it to our address.

    • The return shipping cost will be borne by us in case of damaged/wrong items; otherwise, it must be covered by the customer.

  3. Quality Check: Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.

  4. Refund Issuance:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The product is returned without original packaging.

  • It shows signs of usage, damage, or alteration.

  • The return request is made after 2 days from delivery.

  • The issue is related to slight color variation due to screen differences (for sarees or decor items).

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  • Check your bank or payment app again.

  • Contact your bank or card provider.
